The wine cellar has dual temperature zones and stores a wide temperature range to store either red or white wines, depending on your preference. Different varietals of wine require different temperature settings for optimum longer term storage. Red wines are stored between 10°C/50°F and 18°C/65°F, while white wines are stored between 4°C/40°F and 10°C/50°F. Temperatures are selected by touching up or down on the electronic control inside the unit. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums. The two stainless steel lined drawers can store anything you normally would put in a refrigerator, even fruit at a higher temp to keep the flavour and juices ready for any beverage.
