What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery methods including our Platinum White Glove Delivery service, which includes full assembly and debris removal, as well as convenient curbside pickup at our warehouse locations.
What is your return policy on furniture?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we provide flexible financing options through our Leon's Platinum Card, including 'buy now, pay later' plans and monthly installment programs to help fit your budget.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our 'Track Your Order' tool on the website using your order number and phone number.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer extended Protection Plans for accidental stains, damage, and structural issues.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
